Fields:
Documents can be submitted by email, via the contact form, or physically. The inquiry should specify the language and type of document.
After reviewing the material, an offer is provided with the price and completion time. The price is determined based on the scope, the complexity of the text, and the purpose of the translation.
Once the offer is confirmed, the translation process begins.
The completed translation is delivered digitally (by email) or physically, according to prior agreement. In the case of urgent requests, special conditions may apply regarding the deadline and the price. Urgency should be indicated when sending the inquiry.
Translation fees are calculated per standard page (1,500 characters including spaces). The final fee is determined after a full review of the material, taking into consideration the document type, complexity, and the intended use of the translation. Once the text is received, a detailed estimate and delivery time will be provided.
Additional fees may apply in special cases, such as urgent translations, work outside standard working hours, or illegible texts. The exact terms and any additional charges will be specified in the estimate after the material has been reviewed.
